Temporary Policy Changes:
In consideration of the safety of customers and employees, we are temporarily suspending the local pickup option.
All returns/exchanges will be processed a minimum of one week after reception at our warehouse.

Local Pick Up
Suspended: We are now offering local pick up for EyeletSkye.com orders!
If you're in the neighborhood - take advantage of this goodie Monday through Friday! Just select "Local Pickup" from the shipping options at checkout! We'll get your order bundled and ready for you to take home - that same day - FREE of shipping charges! Orders placed before 1 pm Monday - Friday qualify for same-day pickup between 3 and 5 pm! All orders placed after 1 pm Sunday - Thursday can be picked up the next day between 9 am and 5 pm! Simply zip on over to pick up your order from the front desk at 555 N Main Street, Suite i, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054! If you don't make it in time the day of your order, we'll hold it for you to pick up the next day! Orders that have not been picked up within 5 business days (and no customer notice has been received) will be canceled and refunded the full amount minus a 5% restocking fee. Local pick up returns can be mailed in or dropped off at our front desk. See the returns policies below (Terms include: items that appear to have been worn, used, damaged, etc. will not be refunded).

We sell out of items quickly, but exchanges can be made when stock is available! Send us a quick email (email@example.com) and we'll let you know what is currently available! Please note: exchange items can be held for one week from the date of a customer email, which means the return item must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days of the exchange email. If your exchange item is available, simply follow the instructions on the Exchange Card (found in your original package) and include the Exchange Card in your exchange package. (Missing your exchange card? See returns section for what to do next.) We'll take care of the rest!
If you would like to return an item for a refund of the item amount, simply send your item in original packaging (not worn, used, washed, or damaged) to the address on the return card (found in your original package), and listed just below. Include the completed return card in your return package. (First Class with USPS is always your best bet!) *If your return card has been misplaced, simply include a note with all the following information: Order #, Your Name, Your Email, Website Purchased From, Item Name, Item Price at Purchase, Shipping Price for Single Item at Purchase, Reason for Return (i.e. too large), Mark as a "Return".) To speed the refund process, make sure all information is filled out and correct on the return card.
Daily Deal Site Returns:
Jane.com returns: If ES Item was purchased on Jane.com, customer has 14 days (from the time USPS shipping status shows "delivered") to return the purchase for a credit/debit card refund of item amount. Please note: returns post-marked after the 14 day period will be refunded with Store Credit equal to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Store credit will be sent as a checkout code in an email message to the customer email provided on the return card included in return package. This credit can be used in a single online purchase at EyeletSkye.com. No refunds/exchanges after 60 days of purchase.
Groopdealz/Eleventh Avenue returns: A refund will be issued for ES store credit only. Customer has 14 days (from the time USPS shipping status shows "delivered") to return the purchase for a store credit refund. Store credit will be sent as a checkout code in an email message to the customer email provided on the return card included in return package. This credit can be used in a single online purchase at EyeletSkye.com. No refunds/exchanges after 60 days of purchase.
*Postage, shipping, and handling are non-refundable. If item pricing has changed since time of original purchase, item return/exchange will be executed in the amount of the original purchase price. Returns and exchanges for items purchased on our site, must be postmarked within 14 days of item receipt, as listed by USPS. Please note: Items must be in original condition with all tags and original packaging. Items that appear to have been worn, used, or damaged cannot be accepted for returns, nor exchanges. Please allow up to 14 days for returns/exchanges to be processed.
Order cancellations can be made for any reason seen fit by Eyelet Skye, who will notify customer of order cancellation via email provided at checkout. To cancel an order, customer may contact Eyelet Skye, via email found on this website's Contact page, before item has shipped. Once item has shipped, order is finalized and cannot be cancelled.
